What is Seraya Health?
Seraya Health is a diabetes‑focused, physician‑led service that combines CGM‑guided care, nutrition and lifestyle planning, evidence‑based supplements, and telehealth consultations (Powered by FEV3R) to help you improve metabolic health and reduce risks.
How does telehealth work and who will I speak to?
You’ll meet licensed medical professionals via secure video or voice for assessments and follow‑ups. We coordinate in‑person labs and examinations when needed at our panel clinics. Teleconsults are provided on a platform Powered by FEV3R.
Do I need to take medications right away?
Not necessarily. We begin with lifestyle optimization and supplements where indicated. Prescription medication, including GLP‑1s, is used only when clinically appropriate and always under medical supervision.
Do I need to visit a clinic physically?
Some services—like blood tests and certain examinations—require in‑person visits at our panel clinics. Many follow‑ups are done online for convenience.
What is a CGM and how is it used in my plan?
A Continuous Glucose Monitor tracks your glucose 24/7. We interpret your CGM data to identify triggers, refine meal timing, adjust supplements/medications, and improve day‑to‑day control.
Are Seraya Health supplements safe?
Supplements are designed to support metabolic health and are used under medical guidance. They do not replace prescribed medications. Inform your doctor about all medicines and supplements you take.
Which package is right for me?
During your initial assessment, we evaluate your history, goals, current control, and lifestyle. We’ll recommend Discover, Prevention, or Intervention accordingly. You can change packages as your needs evolve.
Can I reduce or stop diabetes medication?
Potentially—only if safe and appropriate. When CGM data and labs show sustained improvements, we may taper medications gradually under physician supervision.
What is HbA1c and how often is it checked?
HbA1c reflects your average blood sugar over 2–3 months. We check it quarterly in many cases, using results to adjust care plans and measure progress.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Package inclusions and any optional add‑ons (e.g., extra lab panels or genetic testing beyond plan coverage) are disclosed upfront.
Is genetic profiling necessary?
No. Package inclusions and any optional add‑ons (e.g., extra lab panels or genetic testing beyond plan coverage) are disclosed upfront.
What support do I get for diet and lifestyle?
You’ll receive meal‑plan consultation and ongoing coaching. We use your CGM trends to personalize food choices, timing, and habits for better control.
What if I miss a teleconsult or forget to upload data?
We’ll help you reschedule and get back on track. If data is missing, your clinician may request additional readings or schedule an earlier check‑in.
How do I cancel or change my package?
Contact our support team or use your account portal to request changes. We’ll outline notice periods and any applicable terms in your subscription agreement.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. We apply strict privacy and security measures and work with trusted partners, including FEV3R for telehealth. See our Privacy Policy for details.
